I don’t care about your happy.
If it’s any consolation I don’t particularly care about mine either.
I care about our electricity. I care our aliveness.
I care about us knowing and living as our Self.
I care about us embodying our Self Root to Core to Crown.
I care about the journey. The path. The process. The untangling of the stories. The anchoring into the Truth. The destroying of patterns of stuckness. The carving of grooves that serve all of who you are.
I care about our vision. About how we meet and greet and be in the World.
I care about our Human Experience.
In all that, there will be times of big, wild happy.
And there will be sadness. Grief. Anger. Shame.
There will be quiet. There will be stillness. There will be peace.
There will be expansion. Contraction. Connection. Solitude.
There will be everything and happy doesn’t even begin to cover what is possible.
And if we go for happy, we miss out.
We bypass the things that seem hard. Or tender. Or just not in that zone of happy.
We run through the maze, bumping into walls, falling over, getting lost…rather than being in the magic of where we are. Wherever we are. With whatever is.
I just danced fuck out of beliefs and patterns rooted in stories of there not being enough for me.
It was not easy. The tears flowed. I touched on spaces filled with lies that protected and grounded me. It was difficult and for most of the time I danced I did not want to do it.
I was not happy.
But you know what I am now? More free than I was before.
More me than I was before.
Will happy come? YES. Will happy go? YES.
Let your compass be something grander than happy.
Fuck happy.
Go for the full, grand expression of your Self.
Go for the the living embodiment of your Soul.
Go for YOU…Root to Core to Crown.
