Everyday Real World Actions for the Spiritually Awakened

Reading Time: 4 minutes The collective consciousness is undergoing a huge leveling up, we can all feel it. The current ways of life aren’t able to justify their existence. People all over, in huge numbers, are asking questions about where we are as a human race and about who we are as individuals. Values and beliefs are under the scanner and the powers that be are rushing to add smoke to the view ahead.

So it’s no wonder we can feel like we are living under the rule of tyrant and nothing we do is setting us free.

Nothing is further from the truth.

Each step in the desired direction is a step away from the current reality. Small things add up to BIG changes.

We know this intellectually but we need to believe it from the heart. Anything we do to change our own actions or when we show up just little different, a little more conscious than before, we are collectively better off than we were before.

Charlotte School Shooting: Another Example of Kids Screaming for Emotional Tools

Reading Time: 3 minutes We can talk all we want about the different forms of bullying. We can gather statistics on how many kids are being bullied. We can teach kids why and how they can report bullying. We can teach kids all about kindness, respect and inclusion. And none of it will work. We know this because we’ve been doing all of these and still, kids are being bullied and anxiety is on the rise.

Kids desperately need to learn how to regulate their emotions. They need to understand what they’re feeling. They need to recognize why they’re feeling it. Most importantly, they need a healthy strategy for managing how they feel, which is essentially the energy they bring to our world.

An Open Letter to the “Love and Light” women on the planet.

Reading Time: 7 minutes At the end of the day, you are going to come around and come back to me, and folks like me, for solace and comfort because you will not know how to handle stuff when the crap hits the fan in your orbit. As much as the drama of the world creates resilience in us and helps us live, you are not cultivating this same skill and so you will need me.

But there is one thing you can do so it does not get to that point. You can take the Schlack off your “Love and Light” and vote. Vote for candidates with values that are not obscured by “Love and Light” thinking. Vote for candidates that actually want to bring Love and Light to the world by protecting the human rights of as many people as possible. Please don’t vote for those that want to keep things exclusive for those who have been exclusive. That is not Love and Light!
