If you use energy or consciousness as a medium for the work you do, whether it be as a coach, healer, reader or practitioner, you’ve already become in tune with your inner world. Or at least most of your practices are ones that get you deeper into your inner world.
And even if you aren’t offering your services to others and only doing the work for yourself, there are a few things that are building blocks if you want to be successful in your practice.
Here are the five without which one cannot be an effective or successful lightworker:
Love: Understanding of Love as an energy is at the top of the list. Whether it is for self, other people or other beings. The love energy is the core and the driving force for all lightworkers. It is one that guides and connects us to higher energies, beings, and consciousness. There are layers to the love energy and it is imperative to peel each and experience them all.
Compassion: A close second is Compassion. Compassion energy is being sympathetic without feeling pity or looking down at the other. True compassion cannot be experienced if it comes from a place of superiority. Compassion must stem from love, a tenderness that is concerned only with the upliftment and care for the other.
Connection to All: A sense of oneness is a feeling that everything and everyone around you is an extension of you. With a sense of oneness comes a sense of responsibility. Firstly for how your actions, thoughts, and words impact every single person. And secondly, how events and situations anywhere in the world are yours to improve. There are no boundaries, no sections, and no parts. Life becomes the phrase ‘ The Whole Is Greater Than The Sum of its Parts’
Mindfulness: Becoming self-aware, mindful is the next big tool to be successful with light work. To help or heal someone, one has to focus and intend the manifestation. Distractions or wandering thoughts take away from that objective. Mindfulness also helps in uncovering self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging actions, both of which need to be done away with. Mindfulness gets your closer to the ‘awake’ stage of meditation where new experiences can be had because of intense presence of mind and awareness.
Character Building: This is wide net but at the heart of character building are universal values. This is beyond morals and ethics as defined by the era or society at present. Integrity, Honesty, Humility, Fairness, Generosity, Kindness, Courage to name a few. These values transcend any guidelines, laws, traditions, and cultures. These values are aligned with higher energies, they carry the essence of the limitless. To be a successful Lightworker building and improving on one’s character is essential.
