Reading Time: 4 minutes We get the relationships we’re aligned with, period. So, if you don’t love yourself and your life you will attract a relationship that amplifies both of those things. If you aren’t where you want to be, you aren’t going to find someone else to get you there. You’ll find someone who keeps you stuck, or worse, moving backwards further into a bad vibration.

Reading Time: 4 minutes If you want to experience spirituality on a more meaningful level, stop looking away – and stop staring. Make a practice of looking at everyone, especially anyone who is different than you. Study people to find the things you have in common and the things that make them human. Practice relating to the unrelatable as if they remind you of someone you deeply love.
Reading Time: 2 minutes This thing is going to land in the collective consciousness with a hard thud. All that resolution you’ve been waiting for is not likely to be delivered with the end of the investigation. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. In about 1000 ways this is where things get even dicier, more divisive, and significantly scarier for a lot of people. The day Mueller finishes will be the day the real battle for our country begins.
I am not saying this to stir up a lot of gloom and doom, fight or flight kind of fear mongering.
I am saying this because NOW IS THE TIME TO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE DOWN ON DOING THE THINGS THAT BRING YOU JOY.
Sleep more.
Drink your water.
Eat good food.
Laugh a lot if you can.
Hug people.Reading Time: 2 minutes To all the old white men out there who feel like they’ve got something special and want to lead, I have one suggestion for you:
PICK A CANDIDATE YOU CAN SUPPORT AND WORK YOUR ASS OFF TO GET THEM ELECTED. MAYBE IF YOU’RE LUCKY, YOU’LL GET A LEADERSHIP ROLL IN SOMEONE’S CAMPAIGN.
That’s what the rest of us will be doing.Reading Time: 6 minutes Living in limbo is no way to live.
Don’t do it.

It might not be easy but it’s remarkably simple. Just ask.
Not doing it makes things really, really complicated. Trust me. I know.Reading Time: 2 minutes He never really left her. He just never came back.
It didn’t exactly end because it never really began.
It was the hardest breakup that never happened.Reading Time: 3 minutes The riskiest thing you can do with your self-esteem is let someone else’s opinion of you matter. That is outsourcing your self-esteem, and even if you do it a little bit, over time, that can cost you a lot.
People and their opinions are fickle. They change and blow with the wind and much like the wind, you have no control over them.

Roger Stone is Finally Indicted and Taken into Custody: It’s a Doublewide Domino Falling
by Confluenceby ConfluenceReading Time: 2 minutes This indictment is not the whole story. It’s quite likely the intro chapter. Just because the charge today is obstruction of justice doesn’t mean many other charges against Stone won’t emerge. We’ve seen that happen repeatedly in the way the Special Council works. Think both Cohen and Manafort. Once they were indicted the charges just kept flowing.
Additionally, the real prize in this box is: The unnamed senior campaign official.

by Confluenceby ConfluenceReading Time: 3 minutes Checking your biases is hard, dirty, unpleasant work. However, we’re never going to untangle this mess until we are collectively willing to go there.
Reading Time: 6 minutes Women are uniquely programmed to avoid asking for what they want for too many reasons to count. It’s vulnerable. Fear of rejection is a very real thing. People should just know what you want – why should you have to ask? Right??
Wrong.
You can’t get upset you didn’t get what you didn’t ask for.
